Legal & Regulatory Notice
K Biz Help coordinates information and introductions across different service categories. Clear separation between regulated and non-regulated work is essential.
Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Portal status
K Biz Help is an information, education, triage and business-coordination portal. It does not itself accept a legal, immigration, financial or investment instruction merely because an enquiry is submitted.
2. Separate providers and engagements
Any legal or other regulated service is delivered only by the provider identified in a separate engagement letter. Verify the provider's current regulator, authorisation, scope, complaints process, pricing and insurance before instructing it. Non-regulated consulting, cultural promotion, events, introductions and education must be separately described and invoiced from regulated work.
3. High-risk and regulated matters
Transactions may require specialist checks relating to AML and source of funds, sanctions, export controls and dual-use goods, national-security investment screening, anti-bribery, competition, procurement, product safety, consumer law, immigration, tax, financial promotions, data protection and sector licensing. Energy, nuclear, defence, hydrogen, infrastructure and emerging technology projects require formal specialist assessment before commitments are made.
4. Public office and conflicts
Public or elected-office roles are distinct from private professional and commercial activity. No public endorsement, preferential access or official decision-making influence is offered. Relevant interests and conflicts must be declared and managed under applicable codes, the Nolan Principles and professional duties.
5. No guarantees
Introductions, diagnostics and promotional activity do not guarantee funding, visas, licences, contracts, buyers, regulatory clearance or commercial success. Outcomes depend on independent decisions and the facts of each matter.
