1. Information service only
Content, checklists, translations and automated diagnostic outputs are general information and business-planning materials. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration, sanctions, export-control or other regulated advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your facts.
2. No professional relationship
Browsing, downloading material, contacting us or submitting a diagnostic does not create a solicitor–client, adviser–client, fiduciary, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. A professional relationship begins only when the relevant provider confirms acceptance and both parties complete its engagement process and written terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawful information; protect your login or reference details; avoid uploading malicious, unlawful, infringing or unnecessarily sensitive material; and obtain permission before supplying another person's data. Do not use the portal to bypass sanctions, export controls, immigration rules or other law.
4. Availability, accuracy and third parties
We aim to keep information useful and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular transaction. Laws and market conditions change. Third-party names and links do not amount to endorsement, acceptance of instructions or a guarantee of outcome.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site text, branding, structure and original materials are protected. You may print or download a reasonable copy for personal or internal business use, with attribution, but may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove notices or create misleading derivative content without written permission.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the portal is not liable for decisions made solely from general content, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or third-party services. Any paid or regulated service will be governed by its separate written terms.
7. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
